Working in collaboration with a women’s weaving coop in Peru, annie O. aims to bring the vibrant colors and cultural history of these Peruvian artisans to a broader market. Not only does this support traditional crafts but also it specifically empowers women in impoverished areas of Peru, many of whom have been victims of domestic violence.

Shopping the collection you will find coin purses, belts, bracelets,shawls, and other beautiful objects, each of which has been handcrafted. Because each item is made individually the one-of-a-kind aesthetic is evident and the traditional designs give the accessories a rich global context. I would love to adorn my wrist with a bunch of these wide horn cuffs or a set of hand painted bangles.
