Salt + Ethic = The Future of Smart Shopping

By on September 20, 2011

Launched in June 2011, Saltandethic.com brings its customers “the most beautiful, creative, innovative and ethical items from around the world. Through Saltandethic.com, you will be able to shop securely and directly in the workshops and studios of designers in Barcelona, London, Paris, Stockholm, Sao Paulo, Milano, Berlin, etc. without moving from your sofa.”

No longer do you need to compromise style or quality when purchasing responsibly! Young and talented designers bring a new approach to the creation and development of products. The result being: original, ethical, and eco-responsible products with no loss of style.

How does it work?

Saltandethic.com is an international and multilingual stylish and ethical marketplace owned and managed by Salt and Ethic S.L. based in Madrid, Spain.   It’s a one-stop shop to securely order products from its Partners, yet you’ll only have one general contact (Salt and Ethic S.L. customer service team, support@saltandethic.com) in 5 languages (EN, GER, FR, IT, SP) during the whole ordering processing, delivery and after-sales service.  Click here for more information on how Saltandethic.com works!

I love this Betty Dress by Junk Styling – it’s made to order from upcycled suit trousers and organic cotton material.

This amazing messenger bag by Elvis and Kresse was made from genuine recommissioned fire hose and has a reclaimed military-grade parachute silk lining.

How amazing is this yellow belt by Elvis and Kresse?! It is also made from genuine recommissioned fire-hose.

Saltandethic.com also has a wide range of furniture.  One of the pieces that caught my eye was the red sofa below made from an authentic 600 Seat Model ‘D.’  The Seat was in poor condition and they carefully repaired, sprayed and transformed it into a functioning piece of furniture. Amazing!

I adore this kitchen towel holder made from vinyl records…talk about chic! It’s also perfect for your salt + pepper storage, along with  a place to hang some trendy kitchen towels.  This is definitely on my wedding list!
