Matt & Nat: Beautiful Vegan & Cruelty Free Handbags

By on April 23, 2012

Founded in Canada in 1995, MATT & NAT  is an accessory line of men’s and women’s handbags, wallets, and accessories that is designed with “living beautifully” in mind.

Inspired by quality workmanship, graphic design, and architecture, the designer Inder Bedi set out to manufacture a collection that was not only cruelty-free  but also environmentally conscious. The linings for the bags are made from 100% recycled plastic bottles! Other materials include PVC, cardboard, cork, and recycled nylon.

I love the black vegan BRITT bag with it’s handles as well as shoulder strap. The texture of the material is just perfect and the size is great for carrying everything I need in a day’s worth of work.

Also, can’t resist the cork texture and material of the natural vegan DIEGO wallet, with a zipper and 4 credit card compartments. So unexpected and brilliant!

The bags are beautiful to say the least, and have all the construction details and durability you would expect from any designer bag. All in all, Matt & Nat is a beautiful collection that successfully encompass the goal of “living beautifully”.
